Meet the Owners: Marsha and Donny Nobles

Eggs Up Grill continues its mission of being a place where “neighbors serve neighbors,” and that mission could not be closer to home for franchise owners Marsha and Donny Nobles. Marsha and Donny are both eastern N.C. locals who currently reside in Smithfield, North Carolina. This location will be the couple’s second restaurant with the franchise, with the first being in Clayton, North Carolina. Together, they are excited to bring a deep-rooted connection to the community and a commitment to quality service.

Donny Nobles, who grew up in Farmville, North Carolina, is a U.S. Army Veteran with 12 years of service in the U.S. military and Department of Defense. Donny also spent years working in business and finance for a variety of government agencies.

Marsha Nobles is an alumna of East Carolina University, located just a few miles from the new Eggs Up Grill location. Eastern Carolina University (ECU) is a regional institution that holds a special place in the hearts of many Eastern North Carolinians as well as the Nobles.

“We’re thrilled to bring another gathering place for family and friends to Greenville,” said Marsha Nobles. “As an ECU alum, this community has always been close to our hearts.” Marsha has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries and has been a driving force behind the couple’s success with their first location in Clayton, NC.

Eggs Up Grill prides itself on making you feel like family, and The Nobles, along with their daughter Charlotte, strive to create that atmosphere in Greenville.
