Modernizing the Office of Professional Medical Conduct
Governor Cuomo today announced a proposal to modernize the Department of Health’s Office of Professional Medical Conduct as part of the 2021 State of the State through a set of comprehensive reforms. The Governor will introduce legislation to ensure that the Office has adequate tools for the effective investigation and
