CallRail Launches Google Analytics 4 Integration To Support Seamless Call Attribution For Businesses of All Sizes

The company’s GA4 integration is now available ahead of Google’s planned updates to its Google Analytics solution slated for July 2023, enabling its customers to preserve historical data

ATLANTA,  FEBRUARY 14, 2023 – Today, CallRail, the lead intelligence platform for businesses of all sizes, announced that it has launched its Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration, immediately available to all customers. Last year Google declared that as of July 1, 2023 it will move from tracking sessions to events, and all users who have not updated their websites will stop receiving traffic data at that time. Because historical data from Universal Analytics will no longer be available after this date, it is critical for businesses to update their Google Analytics integration several months in advance of the change.
