Drucker + Falk Named in Top 25 Property Management Firms in the 2021 Division I ORA™ Power Ranking
Annual rankings list represents the largest property managers with the best online reputation nationwide
Drucker + Falk, a best-in-class multifamily management organization and full-service real estate and investment firm, announced it ranked in the top 25 of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Top 50 Largest Apartment Managers based on their online reputation. Drucker + Falk was ranked 13th among the top 25 companies in Division I, which is for management companies with 33,107 units and up.
Leading apartment industry research firm, J Turner Research, has published its annual Division ORA Power Ranking, which is designed to recognize management companies for excellence in online reputation management. The rankings are created for four divisions based on the management companies’ total number of units. The companies in each division are ranked based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score—the multifamily industry standard for measuring and benchmarking a property or company’s online reputation.
The ORA ranking is informed by J Turner Research’s monthly research of over 122,000 communities nationwide across various review sites and internet listing services. A score is based on a scale of 0 to 100 with Drucker + Falk earning a score of 76.40.
