Noah Berghammer’s book “The Push & Pull” is an inspiring collection of lessons taught through the author’s personal experiences during a transitional period in his life

Recent release “The Push & Pull” from Page Publishing author Noah Berghammer is a hopeful collection of life lessons discovered during a transitional period in which one chapter of life closes and another begins. The “push” can be described as wanting to get out of one’s hometown, eager for a fresh start, with new people and experiences.

Noah Berghammer, a University of Minnesota student with a passion for writing, has completed his new book “The Push & Pull”: an inspiring tale with valuable life lessons.

Defining the push and the pull, Berghammer explains, “The Push…Let’s face it, you want to push out of this place that has been home for so long. You want to get out into the world and make a name for yourself. You are so ready to push into a new city surrounded by new people and new experiences. You feel as though this life is not for you anymore and that the next chapter is going to be better, right? For some reason, though, you have doubts. You have uncertainties that keep you up most nights as your senior year comes to a close. [Whereas,] The Pull…Uneasy thoughts rush through your mind like a river flows downstream. … the things and moments that want to hold you back from the next page of your story; the last bit of your childhood that you desperately want to hold onto just a little bit longer. But, of course, you can’t. It is indeed time to move on.”

Published by Page Publishing, Noah Berghammer’s valuable tale is reminiscent and undeniably relatable.

During the pivotal transitional period between graduating high school and the unknown that comes next, life lessons are learned. Berghammer successfully captures the feeling of one life chapter closing and another opening.

Readers who wish to experience this compelling work can purchase “The Push & Pull” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
